INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE – VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM Full Time

World Vision Ghana (WVG), a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the well-being of children, families and communities, invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a Vehicle Tracking System for its fleet operations across Ghana.

The proposed service should include: real-time vehicle tracking, driver behaviour monitoring, fuel tracking, fleet reporting, and dashboard analytics, together with installation, training, and after-sales support services.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested firms must submit the following documentation:

Company Profile
Business Registration Documents
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
VAT Registration Certificate
Evidence of similar assignments undertaken within the last five (5) years
At least two (2) reference clients (preferably NGOs or corporate institutions)
Proof of technical capacity and after-sales support presence in Ghana
