Call for Applications: Trauma-Sensitive/Psycho Social Support & Digital Security/Data Management Consultants Full Time

Pact is seeking Sudanese consultants to join our pool of experts supporting civil society organizations (CSOs). This is a short-term, part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening CSOs with a focus on safe, secure, and trauma-informed practices.

• Leading trauma-sensitive organizational capacity assessments (in-person & virtual).
• Delivering trainings on digital security, staff well-being, and psychosocial support.
• Coaching CSOs to design action plans that integrate risk management and care for staff.
• Facilitating peer-to-peer learning on resilience, inclusion, and conflict sensitivity.
• Documenting outcomes and sharing lessons learned to promote sustainable practices.

Location: MENA / East Africa

We welcome applicants with a Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in areas such as:

• Trauma-sensitive care and psycho-social support
• Digital and information security for civil society organizations
• Risk and conflict sensitivity management
• Gender and youth empowerment
• Leadership coaching and organizational well-being
• Monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEL)
