The Affiliate Opportunity

We are expanding our presence across key African markets and looking for ambitious professionals, career influencers, HR consultants, and digital marketers to join our Kaleta Affiliate Program.

As a Kaleta Affiliate, you will leverage your regional network to connect employers, recruiters, and companies with Kaleta’s recruitment tools and job listing packages. Every time an employer signs up or purchases a job package through your personal affiliate link, you earn a high-yield commission.

What You Will Do

  • Promote Kaleta: Introduce employers, SMEs, and HR managers to Kaleta’s job posting and hiring tools using your unique affiliate link.

  • Network & Recommend: Share platform packages across your LinkedIn network, career communities, professional associations, and business channels.

  • Track Earnings: Access your dedicated Kaleta Affiliate Dashboard to monitor link clicks, client conversions, and payout metrics in real time.

Commission & Rewards

  • Competitive Payouts: Earn 15% to 20% commission on every employer package, featured job post, or recruitment tool subscription purchased through your link.
