Coaching is delivered by consultants from Africa Label Group, Kaleta’s parent firm. They have recruited for international development organisations and corporates across Africa, and they know what those employers screen for because they have been the ones screening. Advice is built around your country, your career level, your language and the sector you are aiming at — not a template.

Questions candidates ask
Do I have to pay to apply for jobs?
No. A free account lets you apply to every publicly listed role on Kaleta — from companies, government programmes, NGOs, development banks and international agencies. The paid plans are for candidates who want help competing, or access to roles we do not publish openly.
Is the CV rewrite done by software or by a person?
By software. That is what makes it instant and unlimited rather than something you queue for.
The people come in afterwards. A rewritten CV is only right if it is aimed at the right roles, in the right market, at the right level — and that is what a Kaleta coach is for. The software tells you what is broken. A person tells you what to do about it.
What is the difference between Premium and Candidate Pro?
Premium is about applying better: the tools, without a limit, plus a monthly clinic. Candidate Pro adds people and access — private coaching sessions, your CV sent to international recruiters, and roles we release only to members.
How do the coaching sessions work?
They are part of Candidate Pro. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes on Google Meet depending on what you need, and you book them yourself. Between sessions your coach is reachable by email and WhatsApp.
Premium members get the monthly live clinic instead — same recruiters, group format, recorded.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes, if you are in Ghana — MTN MoMo or Vodafone Cash, plus card and bank transfer. From elsewhere, pay by card and your bank converts at the day’s rate.
Payment is taken in Ghana cedis. We show prices in other currencies so you know roughly what it costs, but the charge itself is in cedis.
What happens when my three months end?
Your account reverts to free. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing you have already downloaded is taken away. You can renew whenever you want to.
