I am Khidir Abualhassan, and I am applying for the COUNTRY DIRECTOR Sudan position at Care International Sudan . With
prior 6 years of professional experience in the position of Admin and logic manager, I believe I am a strong
candidate for the position.
My previous experience has presented me the opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to be successful
in the job of Logistics Coordinator. I have sharpened my project management capabilities, which helped me to plan
and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, I also have expertise in quality control, which I developed
as part of my daily responsibilities in the role of Admin and logic manager. Lastly, I have gained knowledge in
logistics process optimization, and I understand the value that it provides in successful operations.
Furthermore, I possess unique strengths that equip me well for this role. My managerial capabilities have been
extensively honed during my time in the role of Admin and Logic manager, allowing me to be a confident leader in
any organization. My leadership skills also give me the ability to lead a team effectively and guide them in their
