Population Services International (PSI) Nigeria, in collaboration with the Plateau State Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Women Affairs, invites Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to partner on the Nigeria Economic Empowerment and Menstrual Health (NEEMH) Project.
The initiative aims to strengthen the economic resilience, menstrual health, and social wellbeing of women and girls in Plateau State through community-led and inclusive approaches.
The NEEMH Project seeks to empower women and adolescent girls through improved access to menstrual health services, livelihood opportunities, and financial inclusion. PSI/Nigeria is seeking local organizations with proven technical experience, strong community presence, and the capacity to implement results-based interventions in collaboration with state ministries and partners.
EOIs are invited from organizations with expertise in one or more of the following:

Eligible organizations will be assessed based on technical capacity, relevance of experience, proposed approach, and governance systems. Successful organizations will enter into a results-based Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PSI/Nigeria and state partners.
