The Programme Assistant LF will support the effective implementation of the Lymphatic Filariasis elimination project with a focus on mass drugs administration, transmission assessment surveys (TAS), Hydrocele surgery and Lymphoedema management. The programme assistant will assist in coordinating activities, liaising with stakeholders, data collection, and providing logistical and administrative support for project interventions.
Key accountabilities to include supporting with the full life cycle of the project from planning through to evaluation, financial asset management reporting and documentation of the project. Assisting with setting up static surgery sites, coordinating training for health workers and volunteers. implementing transmission assessment surveys, liaising with district and community stakeholders, supporting procurement needs for the project such as MDAs and maintaining an inventory of project assets.
