Infrastructure Tolling Expert Full Time

Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Infrastructure Tolling Expert to join our team for upcoming Mueda – Negomano Road Upgrading Project Phase II Lot A funded by African Development Bank (AFDB).

The Government of Mozambique has prioritized the development of key infrastructure including roads in the northern regions to not only connect the region of Northern Province of Cabo Delgado to the rest of the country but also to establish regional connectivity with Tanzania through the Unity Bridge already constructed by the two countries.

Required Qualifications:

•       The Expert shall be a qualified professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in transportation management or closely related fields.
•        A minimum of five (05) years relevant experience in infrastructure tolling management, including hands on experience with tolling systems and operations.
•        Strong knowledge of tolling principles, toll collection technologies, fare structures, and regulatory requirements will be essential. Proficiency in financial management, revenue forecasting and budgeting for tolling operations will also be essential.
•        Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal is required.
