Description
Looking for an experienced Architect for upcoming Water & Sanitation project in Malawi with below skillset :
| BSc in Architectural Studies /Design or equivalent |
| Master’s Degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering or its equivalent including project management or contract management |
| Experience: |
| 10 years |
| 5 years’ experience in engineering drawings and designs, |
| Previous experience with urban sanitation and office infrastructure design in Southern Africa region or related urban services. |
| Practical experience as Architect for minimum of 2 similar assignments i.e. design of public sanitation facilities and office infrastructure. |
| Demonstrable experience with FIDIC Conditions and projects funded by international financing institutions such as the WB. |
| Language 1: Proficiency in listening and speaking of English |
