Position Description:
There are multiple, major capital construction projects underway during this period of intensive growth at Village Health Works. These include staff housing, the initial academic building for the Kigutu International Academy, a kitchen for the hospital, and other buildings and infrastructure that will support the hospital. We seek a senior leader to oversee the planning and construction of these capital projects. The ideal candidate will have relevant capital project management experience, preferably in Africa. He/she should be an outstanding manager, capable of leading a diverse team, coordinating with senior VHW leadership and comfortable working in a challenging operating environment.
