Responsibilities
Regular media monitoring, checking for all booked media channels(radio, billboards,kombis,fliers and brochures) and reconciling schedule conformity, plus flagging of program related press/media reports to Interpersonal Communications
Budgeting and tracking of logistics and information dissemination for anti Malaria programs nationwide such as School Health Programs in malaria prone district

Plan for the timely distribution of promotional material and printed material to stakeholders and target audiences in line with various PSI communications/campaign objectives
Disseminate messages and distribute Informative Educative Communication materials at the PSI information booth during agricultural shows, health fairs and other events that reach the target audience in large numbers
Programming malaria events, workshops and meetings and also capturing, storing and reporting programming data
Budget tracking and monitoring for Malaria department expenses
Monitor emails and online advertisements and any other social media
