Expert 2: Concept Development for Construction with National Experience
Tasks of Expert 2:
- Prepare tender documents (technical specifications, static calculations, detailed plans, bills of quantities, and cost estimates) in compliance with national legal requirements and procedures.
- Perform quality control of implemented measures on a sample basis.
- Participate in the evaluation of implemented construction measures and their expected impacts.
Qualifications of Expert 2:
- Education: Master’s degree in civil engineering.
- Language: Proficiency in French at C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- General Professional Experience: 5 years of professional experience in the civil engineering sector.
- Specific Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in preparing technical documents for construction tender processes in compliance with national laws.
- Leadership/Management Experience: Not applicable.
- Professional Experience in the Country/Region: 3 years of professional experience in West Africa.
- Development Cooperation Experience: Not applicable.
