Expert 4: Do-No-Harm, Gender, and Inclusion Specialist with National Experience
Tasks of Expert 4:
Participatory Trainings:
- Design, implement, and document participatory training on do-no-harm for staff, based on the IPCA and participants’ experiences.
- Design, implement, and document participatory training on gender for staff, based on gender analysis and participants’ experiences. Develop a gender action plan for the project.
Inclusion Analyses:
- Conduct and document inclusion analyses, identifying needs and opportunities to improve the inclusivity of the project.
- Present results to project staff and provide practical recommendations for effective inclusion of people with disabilities.
Feedback Mechanism:
- Develop a feedback and complaints management mechanism for the project.
Qualifications of Expert 4:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in social, political, or economic sciences.
- Language: Proficiency in French at C1 level according to the CEFR.
- General Professional Experience: 5 years of professional experience in peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
- Specific Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in designing and implementing training and analyses on do-no-harm, gender, and/or inclusion.
- Regional Experience: 3 years of professional experience in West Africa.
- Development Cooperation Experience: 3 years in development cooperation projects.
