As a Kaleta Career Coach, you will guide job seekers using our suite of dedicated platform tools. You will evaluate candidate profiles, refine their application materials, and provide tailored advice to accelerate their career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• CV & Resume Reviews: Critically evaluate and optimize candidate CVs to match regional and international hiring standards.

• Profile Assessment: Identify candidates’ strengths, skill gaps, and job market readiness.

• Personalized Guidance: Provide one-on-one strategic advice, interview preparation, and career transition support.

• Tool Utilization: Leverage Kaleta’s built-in platform tools to deliver streamlined coaching and track candidate progress.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate training, career coaching, recruitment, or skills development.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English, French, Arabic, or Swahili.

• Coaching Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a practical approach to professional development.

• Technology Adoption: Comfortable working with online platform tools and digital workspace environments.
