3. Intellectual property
The Kaleta name and logo, the design of the Platform, its texts, images, tools (including the AI CV optimizer) and software belong to Kaleta or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Content posted by Members (CVs, job posts, company logos) remains theirs, under the licence set out in clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions.
4. Job posts and liability
- Job posts are published by Employers, who are responsible for their content. Kaleta works to remove fraudulent posts but cannot guarantee that every post is accurate or that it leads to a job (clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions).
- A genuine employer never asks a candidate to pay for an application, training, a visa or medical fees. Report any suspicious post to contact@kaleta.co.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Kaleta is not responsible for their content.
- We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
- Kaleta’s liability is limited as set out in clause 15 of the Terms and Conditions, within the limits allowed by law.
5. Personal data and cookies
How we collect and use personal data, including cookies, is explained in the Kaleta Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. To exercise your rights, write to contact@kaleta.co (subject “Privacy”).
6. Terms of use
Use of the Platform is governed by the Kaleta Terms and Conditions, available on the Platform.
7. Report content
To report illegal content, a fake job, a scam or a copyright problem, write to contact@kaleta.co with the page link and a short description. We review reports and remove content that breaks the law or the Terms and Conditions.
8. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes are handled as set out in clause 19 of the Terms and Conditions. It is available in English and French; if the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
