Login to Send MessageIOM South Sudan implements a broad portfolio of programmes across humanitarian coordination and response, resilience, peacebuilding, transition and development, working closely with the Government of South Sudan, communities, development partners and other stakeholders. Within its community resilience portfolio, IOM implements programmes aimed at strengthening resilience to climate-related shocks, disaster risk and displacement, including the Regional Climate Resilience Program (RCRP), implemented in partnership with the Government of South Sudan with financing from the World Bank. The programme seeks to strengthen flood resilience and reduce the impacts of flooding in targeted areas of South Sudan through flood risk management, climate-resilient infrastructure and strengthened institutional capacity.
