Back ground
Bodmando Consulting Group is seeking a dependable Office Assistant to support the daily running of its Wakiso district office. The role includes general office assistance and keeping the workplace tidy, organised and welcoming.
Work location
Kagoma, Wakiso district, Uganda
Duties and Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will:
- Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, kitchen areas and shared spaces.
- Welcome visitors and prepare meeting rooms and refreshments.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, printing and scanning.
- Monitor office supplies and report items that need replenishing.
- Carry out routine office errands and other assigned support tasks.
Qualifications
Applicants must have completed Senior Six (S6) and hold an S6 certificate. They should be organised, reliable, able to communicate professionally.
