SNKE4 Financial Expert with experience in structuring land value capture projects

Qualifications and skills

–        A graduate or master’s degree in economics, finances, or any other related program.

–        Knowledge of urban finance in developing countries.

–        Knowledge of public private partnerships.

–        Excellent command of spoken and written English

–        Professional command of spoken and written French and Spanish will be considered as an asset.

Professional Experience

–        Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

–        Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial or Commercial structuring of projects in developing countries,

–        Minimum of 1 project experience in structuring or implementing a successful land value capture project (being at this moment implemented).

–        Experience in working with EU institutions will be considered as an asset.
