A Border Management Expert at Seefar works with donors, partners and teams to build the capacity of border management agencies in fragile and conflict affected countries. They also have responsibility for implementing border management, human trafficking, modern slavery and migration related projects globally. You will have expertise in all elements of border management; a track record in building and leading high performing teams; be someone that donors trust; are results focussed; and have complete fluency in English. You can be based anywhere in the world and will have the opportunity to travel. This is a full-time position.
