As NWCAF Stewardship Manager you will leverage strong stewardship cultures to lead the industry and enable Corteva & its customers freedom to operate globally. You will give support to the Regulatory team for Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

Stewardship will ensure the responsible management, including all compliance obligations, of crop protection products, seed treatments and traits from their inception (discovery) through to their ultimate use and discontinuation. You will be part of the Europe & Africa, Middle East Stewardship team and work with global stewardship colleagues across the world.

Your Challenge

• • Set stewardship priorities for NWCAF together with AME Stewardship Leader resulting in tracked plans
  • Plan, prepare and execute stewardship training within Corteva and with customers
  • Use stewardship tools with country teams including audits and product launch reviews.
  • Support country teams complying with stewardship standards including incident management
  • Coordinate with Country Regulatory Leader and distributors regulatory tasks including registration renewal and SDS and label updates

Key Stakeholders And Interactions

The NCWAF Stewardship Manager reports to the E&AME Stewardship Leader and works very closely with the AME Stewardship Leader to set priorities. A close cooperation with the regional regulatory and stewardship team is crucial. Furthermore, a good connection to the Commercial Unit Leader and country teams is very important. Finally, a network with distributors and customers needs to be build.

• • Preferably 5 years’ experience in crop protection and seeds
  • Fluent in Arabic and good in English and French
  • Self-starter
  • Flexible to travel
