Role context
The post-holder is key to providing support to the country teams working on the Irish Aid-funded HPP programmes. They bring a regional capacity to enable greater oversight of the programme. They will advise the Humanitarian Programmes Advisor on strategic decisions regarding the HPP programmes. They will ensure a focus on programme quality remains and progress is tracked and recorded over the project period.
The HPP programmes are delivered across three African countries and one Asian country, all of whom aim to contribute to three overarching objectives focussing on: 1) humanitarian needs and livelihoods; 2) GBV and conflict; and 3) resilience and advocacy.
