Program direction and coordination
·        Directed and monitored programs on gender based violence, human rights and advocacy.

·        Analyzed, approved, and monitored a $1 million program of seven organizations focused on recovery and reintegration for victims of gender-based violence.
·        Oversaw the implementation of all the program activities and ensuring compliance with our policies.
Monitoring and evaluation of the program
·        Assessed methodologies for collection, documentation and analysis of data for 22 projects     ($20.000-$70.000 each project) related to peace building, grassroots governance and women’s empowerment in peace negotiation
