Over the past seventeen years, I have worked into different local and international organizations which have rendered me a broad knowledge of research in agribusiness and consumer preferences and science, sustainable management, investment planning and financial management, program and project cycle management, market research, monitoring and evaluation and above all, the ability to groom the young professionals in my areas of specialization. Strategic planning for sustainable development and resource mobilization have been among my highly important and most outstanding strengths in all places that I have worked during my past 17 years, both within Tanzania and in international organizations. I also taught Agribusiness and Consumer Science courses in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Sociology and Education, Penn State University, University Park, in the USA between July 2007 and June 2018. My roles varied between an instructor of record and a teaching assistant. The majority of my teaching experience since 2009 has been in a traditional classroom setting, and occasionally, I utilized online teaching. I am familiar with some online learning management systems including Blackboard, ELearning Commons, Adobe Connect, and Google Plus Hangouts.
