
I am holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, especially in Projects Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Quality Management. I also bagged a Master’s degree in Political Sciences and International Relations. I demonstrate a ten years working experience in various fields, including development projects and humanitarian activities. I have a strong experience in partnerships and grants management, as well as drafting of compliance matrix of projects. I know about not only EU’s procedures, as I worked with Bekou Fund, but also about World Bank, African Development Bank, ILO, UNOPS, OCHA, WFP, FAO, and other donors like BMZ’s procedures in Germany. I also have a good address book.
I am fluent both in French and English, and I have been working in Central African Republic for 18 months now in conflictual and crisis context. I have a perfect knowledge of projects management, monitoring & evaluation. My skills extend to administrative and operations management, capacity building, relationship management with key players. I am also skilled in coordination, supervision of activities, production of donor’s reports and the design or development of monitoring and evaluation tools. My expertise and skills also extend to areas of gender, youth education, cooperative entrepreneurship, and agricultural concerns.
Compliance with administrative, financial and security procedures, reporting and accountability, collaboration with local authorities and various partners and stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of various activities and projects, were the main concerns of my recent position as Project Manager & Grant Coordinator. I also use to draft and proofread contracts.
As a Bioforce trainer, I supported and participated in various training sessions on humanitarian issues, management, capacity building (training of trainers), rapid response to crisis and emergency situations, with UN, France Université Numérique, Unicef, etc… and I helped chairing or preparing workshops and seminars with NGO KYBS, WHH, International Trade Center (ITC), the Pan-African Cooperative Conference (CPC), while working on programs and projects such as PAPEUR, PRADAC, PADECAS, PARSANKO, etc… I know some tics on the Training for Rural Economic Empowerment (TREE) Approach developed by the International Labor Office (ILO), in addition to having lectured in English for eleven years in Benin universities.
