The Programme Officer will lead and support the quality implementation of the THRIVE Programme in Fashoda and Panyikang Counties. The role will provide technical and programme management support to CDoM, with a focus on livestock development, disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation (CCA), early warning systems, anticipatory action, livelihoods and resilience.
The post-holder will work closely with CDoM, CAFOD, Trocaire and THRIVE Consortium partners to strengthen programme delivery, partner capacity, monitoring, reporting, learning and coordination with communities, local authorities and other stakeholders.
