Job Title: MEAL Assistant
Job location: Sudan
Reports to: MEAL Officer
JOB SUMMARY
The MEAL Assistant will play a leading role in supporting MedGlobal’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) functions in Sudan. The position will ensure that MEAL systems are effectively implemented across all projects, with strong focus on data management, reporting, accountability, and learning.
Although titled as an Assistant, this role carries high-level responsibility in guiding project teams on MEAL requirements, ensuring donor compliance (including OCHA, UNICEF, and other donors), managing data systems, and leading accountability and learning processes. The MEAL Assistant will also support the design and analysis of surveys, evaluations, and reporting to ensure evidence-based programming and organizational learning.
