Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa’s farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. Our Kenya program, founded in 2006, is our second largest. We operate under the farmer brand Tupande, serving over one million farmers and employing 2200 staff. We aim to transform every farming community in Kenya by delivering sustained food security and pathways to prosperity.tupande.co.ke.
The Macadamia and Avocado Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the country wide aggregation and transportation of Macadamia and Avocado from farm gates to designated collection sites and onward to the processing factory. The role ensures that all aggregation and transport activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with Tupande’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be a part of the LOG Soko Team and will report directly to Logistics Soko Manager. This role is based in Nairobi and Sagana and is Onsite.
