INTERNATIONAL WARS AND DISASTERS VICTIMS’ PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (IRVD) is a non -governmental organization established by a group of volunteers in Syria during the crisis in 2012 and registered in the USA, Sweden, and turkey.
IRVD is implementing projects through regional offices in Syria, Turkey, Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan, Iraq, Palestine, and Somalia.
Our work sectors are Health, Nutrition, Education, Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), Protection, Shelter &Non-food items, Wash and Sanitation.
IRVD also manages development projects, advocates to empower civil societies and local governance.
Job Description
IRVD is seeking a receptionist within the is responsible for Receiving patients, Maintain the confidentiality of information and ensure that it is stored in a safe place, and send Periodic reports.
responsibilities:
• Receiving patients, their families, companions, and visitors in a good manner and providing basic information.
• Organizing visits to the Centre’s auditors.
• Archiving and storing files for electronic and paperwork in an easy-to-access manner when needed
• Any other tasks related to archiving and storing files
• Maintain the confidentiality of information and ensure that it is stored in a safe place
• Entering and archiving the auditors’ data within the electronic forms and related matters.
• Exporting periodic reports as requested by the project manager and technical officer.
• Commitment to submit periodic reports.
Ability to:
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in information engineering or related university degrees
• Excellent proficiency in working on the Excel program and knowledge of using Excel functions
• Good experience in MICROSOFT WORD and POWERPOINT OFFICE programs
• Work experience in data entry on Excel or electronic collection programs with high speed and accuracy.
• Experience in dealing with common data entry errors and avoiding them
• The ability to train non-competent cadres on the nature of dealing with the required data and filling out special forms and forms.
• Knowledge of humanitarian work.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within IRVD
and amongst beneficiaries served by IRVD
