What we are looking for:
NRC Sudan is seeking an experienced and highly skilled KfW Programme Manager to lead the operational and technical delivery of our KfW Development Bank–funded project in Sudan. This flagship programme aims to provide resilient housing solutions, legal assistance, and improved community infrastructure to displacement-affected urban communities in Gedaref and White Nile.
A major component of this project is infrastructure development, with strong emphasis on resilience, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The overall objective is to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable urban households and communities through an integrated approach that combines durable and dignified housing, rights-based legal support and community-driven infrastructure improvement
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing KfW-funded programmes and possess a strong engineering background, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with development bank requirements.
