Position: Field Operations Manager (National/International)
Job Location: Freetown, Sierra Leone
About the Role:
Reporting to the Programme Manager, BRAC Country Sierra Leone, the Field Operations Manager will oversee in ensuring effective implementation of the flagship programme under the Mastercard Foundation-BRAC International partnership in Sierra Leone. A successful candidate will support the Programme Manager to manage, implement and oversee the roll-out of planned activities at the community level to ensure growth and quality objectives. In addition, he/she will be responsible for supporting planning, monitoring progress and achievements of milestones and or targets as well as quality assurance. This will involve planning, monitoring, supervision and execution of all project activities, including training, community mobilization, procurement and distribution of inputs to program participants, linkage activities, and stakeholder engagement. The role will also help strengthen the supervision framework for field staff and ensure that staff deliver planned activities on time and budget.
