The position of Head of Member Services

Location: Accra, Ghana (on-site) · Type: Full-time · Reports to: CEO

You will make every Kaleta member feel supported, from a first-time job seeker to an experienced professional investing in Premium coaching. You’ll build the service that makes people recommend Kaleta.

What you’ll do

• Lead member support for job seekers and recruiters, in English and French
• Run and improve our paid career services: Premium, Candidate Pro, CV reviews and coaching
• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of certified career coaches and CV reviewers
• Set service standards (response times, quality, satisfaction) and track them
• Keep the help centre and FAQs clear, current and bilingual
• Turn member feedback into improvements with the product and marketing teams
• Build and lead the member services team

What you bring

• 5+ years in customer service, member services or career services, including 2+ years managing a team
• Experience selling or delivering paid services (subscriptions, coaching, training)
• A genuine passion for helping people grow their careers
• Strong organisation and a data-driven approach to service quality
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken
• Comfortable with help-desk and CRM tools

Nice to have: background in HR, recruitment or career coaching; experience in a digital or e-learning business.
