Description
(i) The Project Manager shall have Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering. Post-Graduation in Project Management / Planning / Engineering/ Administration will be an advantage.
(ii) He/she shall have twelve (12) years’ experience in Electrical Power Systems; ten (10) years’ experience in Distribution Power Network Construction of up to 66 kV and seven (7) years’ experience in Project Management.
(iii)The Project Manager shall have experience in leading/Managing the implementation of at least three (3) Distribution projects of up to 33kV during the last ten (10) years.
Minimum two (2) projects shall be of international turnkey contracts funded by international funding institutions (IFIs).
(iv) The Project Manager shall be fluent in Portuguese with working knowledge of English, shall have worked in Sub Saharan Africa region and having worked in Angola will be an asset.
