Dans le candre de la préparation d’un projet en Tunisie, nous cherchons un/une juriste dans le domaine de l’environnement. Il s’agit un contrat en freelance.
Le projet: “Supporting the development of multi-hazard Early Warning Systems (EWS) in three selected sites in Tunisia”
Contexte: The Tunisia Integrated Disaster Resilience Program (ResCat) is a Program for Results co-financed by the World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD)
The program’s implementation period is from 2022 to 2027.
Under the second Pillar, this program aims to support the Tunisian government in its efforts to consolidate disaster preparedness through the modernization of the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHS), including the strengthening of the country’s EWS.
Description: Carry out a legal and regulatory review of DRM in Tunisia, with a focus on the preparedness (warning production, dissemination, declaration of state of alert) and response to comply with local and national regulations.
· Jurist: An expert with at least eight (8) years of professional experience in legal affairs for Tunisian public regulations.
