Social/Development Planner: Climate Resilient-Integrated Transport Master Plan(CR-ITMP) 2025 2050 Full Time

The candidate should have the following qualifications/experience :
 Level of education in relevant fields: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, post-graduate qualification in development or development planning an advantage
 General areas of expertise and year working experience: A minimum of 12 years’ experience in planning, social development, economic and physical development.
 Key specialisms: transport, poverty alleviation.
 Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with transport development activities: this includes policy, infrastructure, financing and technology aspect.
 Years’ experience as government advisor or in international organisation: 3 Years’ experience working with donor or governmental agencies.
 Ability to work in English language: it is mandatory for candidates to be fluent in the English language with excellent analytical and communication skills.
