International Recruiter Freelance Homebased

About you:

• 6+ years of international recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• Must have experience recruiting for US or Europe based international development organizations, or similar funded global players.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

The Job:

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment on an international basis.
• Assess partners/clients recruitments needs for projects/programs in African countries.
• Source and screen resumes/applications, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, initiate onboarding.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation.
• Discuss feedback with hiring managers.
• Other tasks as needed.

This is a homebased opportunity. You will work with our management team based in Accra, Ghana (West Africa) and our US branch in Madison, Wisconsin.
