I am an accomplished International Freight Forwarding Agent Coordinator with a proven track record of success in logistics and customer service, currently working remotely with LGL Transport Benin since August 2021. My diverse experience spans several key roles, each contributing to my expertise in managing complex operations and fostering strong client relationships.

Prior to my current position, I honed my skills as an Account Manager Assistant at Société Générale Banques Benin from November 2020 to May 2021, where I played a pivotal role in supporting account management and enhancing customer satisfaction. My foundational experience includes serving as a Reception & Switchboard Assistant at Saham Assurance Vie Benin and as a Customer Service Representative at MTN Benin, both positions that sharpened my communication skills and commitment to excellence in service delivery.

In addition, I successfully led sales initiatives as a Sales Manager at Technology Transfert Group Limited, where I developed strategies that significantly boosted revenue and client engagement. My career began with an internship at the Ministry of Culture, Crafts and Trade, where I gained invaluable insights into the public sector and its operational frameworks.
