About Me

Over 30 years of experience working as permanent staff and consultant for different stakeholders in the public sector, the civil society and the donor community (USAID, EC, DFID, DANIDA, World Bank, etc). I have strong skills in PCM and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) for project/program formulation, implementation and evaluation (ex-ante, interim, ex-post, etc). Specific sectors/areas of expertise include agriculture and rural development, livelihoods and food security, nutrition, humanitarian emergency, etc along with cross-cutting issues (gender, environment, HIV/AIDS, etc). In addition, I have the knowledge of Green growth strategies and experience demonstrated working in programs that address climate change impacts; participated in the design and formulation of numerous country support program (USAID, DFID, DANIDA, etc).

I have rich experience in monitoring, mid-term review, assessment and impact evaluation using the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria (relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, etc) demonstrated in carrying out numerous assignment in agriculture, food security, nutrition, humanitarian actions, climate change adaptation, mitigation, etc); expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
