Crosswell is a US $70 M AUM’s Registered Investment Advisory Firm where I support Financial Advisors with strategy guidance, market research, product analysis and new investment proposals, helping to strengthen and grow relations with existing clients and close new business. I’m responsible of all trade executions across public markets. I implemented our 1st time proprietary model portfolios for UHNC and I’m the point person with 3rd parties.
At Valoran, I’m part of the US Family Office. My function is to identify shareholders financial needs, analize economic trends and give solutions through investment ideas. Subsequently, I’ve helped to set up an investment portfolio across private markets with a current value of US $85 M. Adittionally, I consolidate other personal investments for all family members and simplify complex investment ideas for a better understanding of the BOD.

I helped to establish a newly formed company inside the Mexican energy sector; the approximate value of all its projects amounted to US $500 M. As a head of Administration and Finance, I handled each project’s optimal capital structure, the research of different ways to finance the CAPEX as well as the development for each financial budget, expected cash-flows and required rates of return. Other areas were: treasury, accounting, HR and compliance. Achievements: a fully operational off-grid project, enhanced experience in team leadership, financial modeling and executive reporting.

At VectorGlobal, a Broker Dealer with presence across the US and LATAM, I contributed to increase its AUM’s from US $1.4 B to US $2 B. I was the creator and lead author in the mutual fund white paper which was published across more than 16 company offices and in a tier 1 nationwide financial Mexican newspaper.
