Work Experience
1. Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager (ZNNP+) -01 Jul 2021- Present.
· Lead the design and implementation of the project’s monitoring and reporting activities, including development of the project’s results framework and Performance Monitoring Plan.
· Tracking of project indicators, oversight of routine data collection and data management, data quality assessments (DQA) and synthesis of data.
· Leading and shaping M&E, research and learning efforts and activities for all ZNNP+ programmes.
· Promote all aspects of MEAL to support the creation of an organizational culture which prioritizes quality programming, program accountability (including developing program accountability mechanisms) and evidence-based data use in decision making.

3. Data & Information Manager (University of Zimbabwe-Clinical Research Centre: Jan16 – Jan18)
UZ-Clinical research implements HIV prevention and treatment research through international consortium partners.
Position Details
· Worked closely with the Project Coordinators, Principal Investigators, and other staff to develop and implement data collection, data quality tools, M and E activities and processes for all the project to ensure timely reporting of services.
· Developed and designed an M & E framework, which quantifies data quality and verifies usability of the data.
· Oversaw data quality management, data security through building capacity of officers in collecting quality data.
· Ensured data collection is in line with funding mechanism standards and requirements; and that data is saved and stored in line UZ-CRC procedures and requirements.
· Designed and adaptively managed and reported on the MEL Plan using Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) approaches.
· Performed data analysis, cleaning and reporting using statistical packages like STATA, SPSS and DHIS2.
· Created dashboards and visualizations to track projects performance vs targets.

Responsibilities
· Developed, oversaw, organized, stored, and analyzed data and data systems for randomized research protocols in HIV prevention, treatment, and care.
· Assisted the Project Director with development of the M&E Plan for the project, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management.
· Analyzed large data sets from different research protocols through creating and merging multiple datasets.
· Maintained one overall database and closely worked with relevant research data officers to capture and input relevant data from each of the research protocol.
· Ensured accurate and consistent inputting of data received from various research protocols into the database.
· Worked with program coordinators, international statistical centers to capture, share and release relevant clinical health information periodically and systemically for continuous program component review, planning monitoring and evaluation.
