Esitere Kamwendo Masauli is an environmental officer with over four years of experience in humanitarian work, women’s empowerment, and disaster risk reduction. She specializes in program implementation and natural resources management. Esitere has held various positions in different organizations, including Disaster Risk Reduction Officer, WASH Officer, Food Security and Livelihood Officer, and Social Welfare Officer.

She has expertise in environmental and natural resources management, food security, resilience and livelihood promotion, WASH, gender, women and child protection, DRR and climate science, and CSA. Esitere is actively involved in social welfare initiatives and is committed to making a positive impact on her community. She is known for her strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
