About Me

My primary research interests lie in the areas of agricultural economics, consumer science, sustainable conservation, investment financial management, natural resource governance and human resources and organizational development; specifically, training and professional development and program development. I have taken various courses related to the areas of Agribusiness, Consumer Science, Sustainable Natural Resource Management and governance, Education, Learning and Organization Development; these include Learning Theories, Theory and Research in Learning, Leadership, Training Design and Development, Program Development in Conservation, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Theory and Practice of Educational Change and Career Development and Coaching for Adults. These courses provided me with the foundation and clear concepts of organization effectiveness. Learning such subjects has strengthened my determination to work in the Conservation Education and Human Resources and Organization Development fields.
