I am a data-driven MEL and program management leader with 10+ years of experience advancing monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) across USAID, PEPFAR, and Global Fund programs.

My expertise spans health systems strengthening, HIV/AIDS, OVC, DREAMS, and education, where I design and implement high-impact MEL frameworks, digital innovations, and adaptive learning strategies to drive evidence-based decision-making and sustainable impact.

I have led the development and execution of MEL frameworks that strengthened program accountability, data systems, and reporting structures for large-scale donor-funded initiatives. My work has enhanced real-time data use, digital transformation, and AI-driven analytics, ensuring efficient program monitoring and informed decision-making. I have built and mentored high-performing MEL teams, training 500+ professionals across government institutions, NGOs, and international development partners.
