Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips more than 4 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa’s farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase her income and assets on supported land by more than 40 percent, while permanently improving her climate resilience. You will manage internal audit operations in partnership with Country Leadership to promote operational efficiency and prevent/ detect fraud in our Growth Unit program. The Growth Unit comprise of Burundi, Tanzania, Malawi, Nigeria, Uganda, and Zambia. This Manager-level role includes strategic planning, implementing the audit plan, and overseeing a team of audit professionals. You will help support organisational growth by strengthening financial controls. You will be a part of Internal Audit department and will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit and work closely with senior leaders.
