rePlan looking for an experienced and independent Project Manager with experience designing and leading Social Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Engagement Plans.

Role:
Project Manager – Social Impact Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement Plan
Term:
7 months: First two rotations are 6 weeks on site and 6 weeks home and then the rotation goes to 4:4
Project/Role:
1. Conduct all activities related to the development of the Social Impact Assessment for the Project, including the collection, management and analysis of socio-economic baseline data, the assessment and interpretation of impacts and the development of mitigation strategies and plans;
2. Develop, implement and manage all Stakeholder Engagement activities related to the SIA; and,
3. Prepare a Framework Resettlement Action Plan as a high-level policy document that will inform and launch the planning phase of land acquisition and resettlement process, including eventual preparation of a RAP.
The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for all activities related to the above scope of work and will ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. S/he will be responsible for the generation of most major reports and will be the regular point of contact with rePlan and other stakeholders.
