The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in various functions and projects, gaining valuable experience and insight into HR operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training materials are prepared.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops when required.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR and contribute to policy development.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic,
- Good command in written and spoken English
