NRC Libya is looking for candidates with senior project management and leadership experience within the humanitarian sector.
The successful candidate will be a strategic, analytical and innovative thinker. Should be able to demonstrate strategy leadership and development experience.
Experience leading change management projects with demonstrable interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder engagement experience.
What you will do
The Area Manager has the overall responsibility for their designated area and ensures that NRC´s programme and operations in the area develops in line with NRC’s mission, policies and country specific strategies. This position will also ensure high quality and cost-effective programme/project implementation within the designated geographical area in Libya.
