PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I am a dedicated and results-driven Clinical Officer with over 20 years of experience in primary healthcare. Over the past six years, I have held leadership roles, including three years as a Project Medical Lead for an MSF program supporting people who use drugs. In this role, I was responsible for defining strategic priorities, planning, and overseeing medical activities in alignment with MSF and Ministry of Health protocols. Additionally, I effectively managed human and material resources while planning and overseeing the budget for all medical activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
My expertise extends to community-based healthcare, having worked closely with community health promoters to implement activities and ensure patient follow-up at the community level. I have extensive experience in capacity building, having trained staff on various topics based on identified needs, and served as a national trainer for viral hepatitis C under NASCOP.
With a strong background in healthcare delivery for marginalized populations and resource-limited settings, I have developed exceptional stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills, working closely with national and county health authorities to implement impactful health programs. I have also represented the project in County and National technical working groups and engaged with various donors.
Meticulous, innovative, and emotionally intelligent, I am committed to achieving excellence and ensuring the highest quality of care for beneficiaries.
