Role Overview

As a Client Activation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and retaining our employer clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure the effective activation of client accounts, maximize their use of our products (job postings, CV database access, enterprise packages), and drive recurring revenue by demonstrating the clear value Kaleta brings to their recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Client Engagement: Proactively engage existing clients to understand their hiring needs, optimize their platform usage, and improve campaign performance.
• Revenue & ROI Generation: Identify opportunities to expand services (upselling, renewals, CV database credits) and clearly demonstrate the value and return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue, conversion, and activity targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Client Experience & Retention: Deliver a consistently positive client experience during every interaction to support high retention rates and foster long-term engagement.
• Education & Optimization: Educate clients on new and existing product features, share best practices for job postings, and advise on strategies to optimize their talent sourcing.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, account progress, and sales activities within our CRM system.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance metrics and take immediate, proactive action to improve outcomes if hiring campaigns are underperforming.

Skills & Competencies

Experience

• Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar role (Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, or Client Activation), preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or digital services.
