Policies, Strategy, and Planning

·Conduct policy dialogue with Governments, development partners, the private sector, and other stakeholders to identify and address challenges to scaling up private sector development and PPPs

· Coordinate with sector divisions in promoting sectors (education, health, employability, sustainable management of Natural Resources and resilience) strategies to facilitate good governance.

·Lead in formulating strategies and operational programs for private sector development and PPP

·Participate in the preparation of Country Partnership Strategy (CPSs) and annual business plans and economic, thematic and open government partnership program sector work undertaken by sector divisions.

· Preparation of private sector assessments for CPSs, and for identification of common work initiatives.

· Engaging the Private/ public  Sector in Policy, Advocacy & Collective Action using tools of social accountability

· Developing, managing and overseeing large and complex Economic Governance technical assistance, institutional capacity building and organizational operational programs,

·Experience developing training interventions for capacity building/institutional strengthening programs;

·Experience delivering technical assistance and capacity building to local government entities;

·In-depth experience of team building and team leadership;

Project Processing and Administration

Knowledge and experience in designing and applying social accountability tools
Experience developing and delivering training projects and providing assistance/coaching to communities
Experience working with the international development projects
Knowledge of and experience working with civil society sector
·Advise and assist sector divisions in identifying, developing, structuring, executing the privatization of 2 public industrial enterprises in Tunisia.

· Actively support the development of policy dialogue at the local level in 10 countries of the south of the Mediterranean

· Apply innovative participative tools for PPP approaches.

·  Develop technical assistance (TA) projects to improve the investment climate and facilitate mobilization of private sector participation in the education sector

·.  coordinate with development partners  government and private  to engage structural dialogue

· Ensure quality of lending and non-lending private sector development and PPP operations and compliance with sector policies and strategies.

·Supervise, train manage the engagement of civil society in the work of team members.

·Supervise the performance of reporting staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance

·  Ensure the ongoing capacity building and development of reporting staff

· support projects and business development activities

· Experiences in the design of learning materials and activities (ToR, selection trainner, selection participants, …)

· Design, development and/or facilitation of online learning interventions (TOT Lab on policy dialogue, peace, conflict management, human rights.)

· Support the company’s consulting business by providing knowledge and leadership in the preparation of proposals and execution of business plan.

·Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET)

· Development and delivery of tailored training measures involving curriculum and standards development on Human Rights, Policy dialogue,

· Relevant experience in performance training trainer on human rights and social accountability, human rights and developement,

· Institutional strengthening with capacity development for education managers, teachers, trainers and civil society

· Very good understanding of the economic, political and social situation of Southern neighborhood’s partner countries ;

·Familiarity to work with local authorities including at decision making and develop effective working partnerships at national &international level
