As the Strategy & Integrated Programme Director, you will Lead the implementation of World Vision’s Strategy and Integrated Programme model in Niger aligned to the Global Strategy and WARO priorities, consolidating the organisation as a preferential partner in the country focused on the wholistic wellbeing and resilience of children, families and communities.

This position ensures all programs and projects are implemented and managed effectively and contribute to, with evidences, to improving the lives of children in World Vision International Niger operational areas. It ensures that programs and projects meet stakeholders and participants’ accountability in line with World Vision’s policies and standards.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Humanities or Social Sciences.
• Master’s Degree in Social Project Management/ Master’s Degree in Local Development Management/ Master’s Degree in Programme and Project Management/Social Policies / Human Rights / Children’s Rights.
• Five years’ experience in similar positions.
• Experience in emergency response, business continuity planning and crisis management.
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication in English and French.
• The position requires the ability and willingness to travel locally/internationally up to 30% of the time.
